What are lunch hours? What are dinner hours?

I think from 10am to 2 or 3 they have specials and everyday specials. The food will always be good no matter what time you go. They close at 9 if I'm correct. We usually eat lunch. Hope that helps.

Do they have elote is so is it with more than a swipe of crema and 3 specks of cotija and a half a sprinkle of chili powder?

I'm not sure, I haven't noticed it on the menu

Not that I know of but the prices are pretty good anyway.

Yes they make their own tortillas, they have both corn and flour.

What is the health inspection rate of this place?

No idea... But the food is good

Does this place serve breakfast? I miss my authentic breakfast burritos.

No they don't.
